1. Where can I make restaurant reservations?

Reservations for our restaurants and the Super American Circus can be made at our Guest Services counter located in the main lobby.
2. Are reservations required for all restaurants?

Skylight and Hokkaido do not require advanced reservations. All other restaurants do require advanced reservations.
3. Where is the circus located?
-
The circus is located in the white canopy at our waterpark.
4. Do we get two (2) water bottles everyday?
-
As part of our journey toward a more sustainable future, we no longer provide single-use complimentary water bottles. We invite you to refill your in-room pitcher at one of our filtered water stations at the following locations:

Oceana A Tower: 2nd - 10th Floor (Next to the ice machines)

Oceana B Tower: 3rd Floor, 5th Floor, and even floors from 8th - 30th Floor

Royal Tower: 2nd - 26th Floor (Next to the ice machines)

5. Can I make restaurant reservations over the phone?

Reservations for our restaurants must be made at our Guest Services counter.
6. Where are the ice machines?

Ice Machines are located as follows:

Oceana A Tower: 2nd - 10th Floor

Oceana B Tower: 3rd - 31st Floor Odd Only

7. How can I use my Gold Pass for lunch if check out is at 12pm? My reservation is for 1pm.

As a Gold Pass holder, you may keep your passes after check out in order to use them for your lunch reservation. The cashiers will collect your passes.
8. Is there free shuttle bus to any shopping centers?

There are free shuttle rides bus for between PIC Guam and Village of Donki. Visit Bell Services or see the signage posted at the lobby entrance for the time schedules.
9. Can I room charge at Boutiki?

Charging to your room at Boutiki is not applicable. Payment must be made in cash or by card at the cashier.
10. Can you hold my luggage after check out/before check in?

Yes. Luggage storage services can be found at our Bell Service counter. Any item of value, money, electronics, or passports will not be stored with us. Please keep in mind that PIC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
11. I am visiting and would like an additional wristband for my friend who lives here. How can I get one?

Additional passes to our waterpark for Guam in-house guests and residents may be purchased via our online website.
12. Can I borrow a wheelchair?
-
Yes, wheelchairs may be signed out at our Bell Services counter. Please keep in mind that a $500.00 fee will be charged for lost or damaged wheelchairs.
13. Where can I redeem these complimentary drink coupons?

Complimentary drink coupons can be redeemed at any F&B outlet. Super American Circus and Sandy Yum Yum Shack are excluded.
14. Do waterpark activities require reservations as well? If so, where can I make them?

Reservations for our waterpark activities can be made at the different centers located throughout our waterpark. Please visit the information center located by activity stage near Super American Circus entrance for more details.
15. What time does the waterpark open/close?

Waterpark Operation Hours: Kid's Pool: 09:00 - 18:00 Splash Pool :09:00 - 18:00 Main Pool: 09:00 - 20:00
16. Where can I sign up for Kids Club? Little Kids Club?

Reservations for Kids' Club can be made at the Kids' Club on the same day. Little Kids' Club must be reserved at Guest Services at least one day in advance.
17. Where is Kids Club located?

Located inside the Waterpark. From the Botanical Garden, enter through the Waterpark gate, continue past Sandy’s Yum Yum Shack, and the Kids Club and Little Kids Club will be on your left beside the pool with three slides.
18. Are restaurants available for take-out?

Our Ramen House Hokkaido and Siheky Snack Shack is available for take-out. For Ramen House Hokkaido take-out is not available for Gold Pass Set Menu, Only Ala Carte Menu.
19. Can I exchange currency at PIC?

Yes. Currency can be exchanged at our Front Desk, limited to Taiwanese, Korean, and Japanese currencies.
20. Where is the microwave located?

Microwaves are located as follows: Oceana A Tower: 5th Floor Oceana B Tower: Ground Floor Royal Tower: 2nd Floor
21. Where is the air pump?

Please visit the racquet center or the beach center.
22. How can I get to the beach?
-
Beach access is near the beach center, located by the Sunset BBQ deck. Or visit the closest Clubmate for directions!
23. Where are Yoga classes held?
-
Yoga pavilion located near the Beach Center.
